OUR POLICIES
Appointment Booking and Cancellations
As a courtesy to our staff professionals, and so that we may accommodate other client’s needs, please give us a 48-hour email or call to reschedule your service appointment. If we don’t get a confirmation 24 hours before we will give your reservation away. We reserve a time for your service and cannot give that appointment time to anyone once reserved. We ask that you kindly respect our schedule, as we respect the time we mark out for your services. Any last minute cancellations will require you to pay a non-refundable 50%.
Moving/rescheduling appointments in less than 24 hours are considered “late cancellations”. When scheduling an appointment after ONE no-show or late cancellation we will require that you guarantee your reservation by providing us with a valid credit card. After THREE “late cancellations” or “no-shows” notes in a three month period, a guest may not reserve an appointment, they must walk-in to receive a service. If you are uncomfortable leaving us a credit card, we gladly welcome you on a walk-in basis.
These policies are in no way meant to make anyone feel uncomfortable. Salons earn a living by booking time. When cancellations happen in less than 24 hours, it can be very difficult to fill that time that someone else could have booked. We do understand that emergencies do happen. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time should that service not be suitable for that guest or if a guest acts inappropriately.
Wedding Parties/ Group Bookings
As a courtesy to our staff professionals, we require a two-week cancellation notice. A credit card will be required to reserve all appointments. Cancellation not within the required time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% (fifty) of the total services.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards never expire, are transferable, not redeemable for cash and non-refundable/non-returnable. Any guests wishing to return a card may redeem their card for products/tools that C. Cheveux sells versus services. After one year, any price changes for that service will be responsible by the cardholder. C. Cheveux is not responsible for lost/stolen cards.
Children
Children 6 and up are welcomed at C. Cheveux and we ask that they come with you only when they personally have a service reservation. If your child is receiving a service and is not cooperating or cannot stop crying, our stylist will not be able to perform their service for the safety of your child. For many of us, the salon is a place to unwind. Salons are not child-friendly environments, and are not equipped for them to play. If your childcare arrangements fall through, we ask that you reschedule your reservation on a day that could be more relaxing for you.
Children in the salon who are not having a service
Please do not leave your children unattended while receiving a service at C. Cheveux salon. We are not able to supervise your children and would be happy to reschedule your appointment for another day/time that is suitable for you to receive a service without your children left unattended. C. Cheveux Salon is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by your children. Any damages caused by your child will be billed to you directly.
Our personal belongings policy
To protect your clothing while getting your service, we ask that you change out of your shirt and into one of our black C. Cheveux robes. If you would like a towel to cover your purse please let your stylist know.
C. Cheveux Salon is not responsible for any damaged, lost, stolen clothing or purses.
C. Cheveux Service Guarantee
All services are guaranteed. If any guest is dissatisfied with a particular service, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. Within one week from the service date, we will honor any re-dos. After one week, services are no longer part of our guaranteed policy. Additional charges may be incurred if a guest has changed their mind according to their consultation. By using non-professional products, that can strip/fade your color, after your color service will not be covered by our guarantee policy.
We want to make sure that you have a great experience while you are with us. If we have not met your expectations, please give us a call and feel free to share. We want to do everything that we can to keep you returning and enjoying what we have to offer you, your friends and your family.
Refunds and Exchanges
We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be credited back to in-store credit.
Donations
C. Cheveux is proud and honored to give back to our community and to your charitable organization. Due to the overwhelming number of requests that we receive, we have set up the following guidelines for donations.
Donation requests must be submitted in writing 60 days prior to the event. We ask that your requests be on your organization’s letterhead and include your name, the organization’s name and a copy of your 501C3 certificate. Please include a brief description of your event, detail what you are requesting from C. Cheveux and how you see our participation benefiting your organization and C. Cheveux. Donations will not automatically be given out and any previous requests must re-submit each donation request and under the same review requests.
Requests are reviewed on a regular basis. Please allow 3 weeks for a response. We do not make monetary donations. Our donations will be in the form of product and/or gift card. Please email your request to ccheveuxsalon@gmail.com
